  • To assist project manager in managing projects.
  • To assist in documentation and procedures.
  • To organise client related information, research about client, record effectively in the system established by the business.
  • To keep an eye on the progression of all projects assigned (Note: projects are of minor nature and multiple in numbers).
  • ┬áMake calls to the clients when needed.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor (BBA or BBS) completed, preferably MBA/MBS completed or running.
  • Experience in any kind of administration job will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
  • Technology friendly.
  • Intra and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactive Skilled in microsoft package (word, excel etc).
  • Ambitious in life
